(responsible for the Barnstaple recycling site) on the basis of the F O I act. The nature of my request is to establish the amount of money collected for the recycling of materials, and under each of which categories, at the Barnstaple recycling branch. You may have this information, if not, can you please advise the responsible authority to contact for this information.”
Response:
Devon County Council (DCC) has a contract with Suez to take away waste from its Barnstaple recycling site, but any subsequent re-sale by Suez of this waste is not part of this contract. DCC does not, therefore, hold this information.
