I would like to be provided with copies of all correspondence both sent and received by members of the County Council members of the Council’s staff or contractors acting on its behalf pertaining to water exiting fields and flowing onto the highway adjacent to and within 200 meters either side of the bridge crossing the Adworthy Brook at West Yeo Hill on the B3137

Between 2017 and 9 October 2020 and any records held relating to such issues both historic and ongoing within the specified location.

The correspondence required includes that stored in both digital and paper format, including documents, spreadsheets, databases, emails, telephone conversations, notebook entries, meeting notes, meetings held by Microsoft Teams, zoom, or Skype etc.

I would like the search to find material in scope of this request to include any personal device’s such as mobile telephones and computers/laptops/tablets which have been used for Council work purposes. For example members of the Council’s Highway committee discussing maters with Council employees, contractors, suppliers etc.
