Adult neurological rehabilitation and mental health services

For the avoidance of doubt, when referring to the ‘mental ill-health’, please include; anxiety, depression, personality disorder, severe affective disorders, schizophrenia, and mental ill-health that causes challenging behaviour, all of which are to such a degree that the person experiences significant impairment and as such is unable to care for themselves independently. This list is meant as a guide and is by no means exhaustive.
