Devon County Council has responsibility for the A38 from J27 on the M5 to the boundary with Somerset, works undertaken by Devon County Council on that section of the road in July 2016 can be found on the attached map.
The rest of the A38 is the responsibility of Highways England, who should be contacted direct for information about road works on their section.
