Across the organisation, we use a selection including O365 Forms, Smart Survey, Survey Monkey, Advanced Custom Fields (WordPress plugin), Outsystems and Liferay

We use a selection of platforms, all have different prices, and some are included in a wider licensed platform cost and the forms element cannot be identified

What 3rd party or in-house software do you use to publish your online form? This may be different from the software used to publish your website.

Our forms are published either on their native platform, embedded or linked from our website, or, for example, Advanced Custom Fields, deployed directly via our website. Most of our web estate is published via the WordPress CMS.

Our web estate is WordPress, which is open-source software and has zero direct cost.

Do you use in-house resources or third parties to develop your online forms?

We use in-house resources to develop our form

When are your contracts for 3rd party forms development and/or forms publishing software due for renewal? 

Not applicable

Do you carry out data analysis on your online forms? If so, what product do you use for the analysis? 

We analyse the results, using ad hoc tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI etc. We research the behaviour of users on forms using Google Analytics and Hotjar.
