Documentation around service level agreements with Stagecoach, penalties and structure for enforcement around service delivery. I suspect this latter information may be contained in a document that contains wider sensitive contractual information, I only need the information around SLAs, enforcement and penalties and the document reference number.
All transport operators carrying out contracted work for DCC must do so under the umbrella of DCC’s Provision of Passenger Transport – Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). All the individual contracts sit under the DPS umbrella.
