By way of further assistance, we can confirm with regards to the crossing beacons, the orange globes met guidance when installed and were upgraded to LED in 2019 (along with the flood lighting). Such equipment is managed and maintained regularly through fault scouting, tests and cleaning. LED Lamps do not require annual replacement although we do replace prior to the end of their life
