Application made for ‘Immediate (Urgent)’ works to investigate a blocked sewer. This could necessitate working outside reasonable hours. The utility assesses the urgency of the works and prioritises its actions accordingly to limit service loss and/or damage to property.

• * Any complaints relating to noise in the area should be reported to the local District Council Environmental Health Department.
