Devon County uses a bespoke purpose written Equinox based software package called GROMAS.

2. What is the annual spend on this contract?

The annual spend on this package is currently £264.17 for the year April 22 to March 23 for software support only.

3. What are the start date & duration of the contract?

DCC own the software so there is no fixed duration.

4. Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?

Tree Management Software

1. What software you are using for your tree management?

I Ways Environmental Landscape Management.

2. What is the annual spend on this contract?

£1,500 per annum for this particular module, plus £200 per user. This forms part of a wider systems of nodules, and the costs quoted are only the ones for this specific module.

3. What are the start date & duration of the contract?

Commenced on 1st July 2021 and will be for an initial duration of 24 months.

4. Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?

There is an option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 x 12 months at the procurers’ discretion.

5. Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being either extended or renewed?

No.

Devon County Council does not hold this information because schools are responsible individually or as a federation or as a multi-academy trust for the safety and upkeep of their own facilities. Individual schools will have their own systems in place to look after their various playgrounds and playground equipment, which may or may not be in the form of software.
