Please advise whether there is a Section 50 licence New Road and Street Works Act (NRSWA) 1991 covering installing apparatus in a highway currently in effect on the B3137 South Molton to Alwear Road just south of South Molton and close to Great Hele Barton. I am aware that from time to time a pipeline carrying digestate is taken across the B3137 on a gantry at this point.
