From our preliminary assessment, we estimate that compliance with this request, would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time.
This is because Devon County Council (DCC) do not hold a centralised record of supported living cases. In order to gather this information we would need to manually check every care record. It would take approximately 5 minutes to check a single record, and there are 1,887 records to check just for the year 2020/2021.
