The table below provides a summary of establishments where Devon County Council (DCC) is the duty holder for at least one asbestos-containing material (ACM) on site.
Please note that regarding schools, the figures exclude academy schools as DCC is not the duty holder for these schools. The figures do, however, include church and trust schools. In this circumstance DCC is not the property owner, however DCC has a duty as the Local Education Authority (LEA).
Please also note that some of the properties are sublet, however where DCC retains liability for at least one ACM under the split of maintenance responsibility, then the property is included.
