Could we please request from you the following information:
* The name of each development along with the road name affected by Section 38 (Highways Act 1980) which remains un-adopted
* Section 278 Agreement Signed
* The Developer associated with the above
* The Bond value of each of the above
From our preliminary assessment, we estimate that compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under Regulation 12 (4) of the Environmental Information Regulations.
This is currently £450 or 18 hours of officer time. Devon County Council officers would need to travel to various offices to access files and open and inspect each one to get the information. There are several hundred across Devon, with each taking 20-30 mins minimum to ascertain adoption status and retrieve and record the information.
