Location : Farway, Roncombe Corner Cross To Rakeway Head Cross,
I would like you to furnish me with the dates of the two inspections made on this stretch of road in between which this pothole was able to grow to such a dangerous size and depth.
This road is routinely inspected on a 6-monthly cycle, with the pre-incident inspection taking place on the 7th January 2021 and post-incident inspection occurring on the 23rd July 2021. The inspection reports can be seen here
