We may hold the information to answer Questions 1-7 but it is not in a reportable format and consider it would take well in excess of the 18 hours allowed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Section 12 – Cost of Compliance – to manually examine thousands of case files to identify, locate and compile the figures. We have developed a new case management system due to go live in the New Year which will help to provide this type of information more easily.
