We do not hold this information. Devon County Council is the landowner of this site which is being developed through a Joint Venture with a private sector organisation, St Modwen, who are responsible for the marketing and development of the site. This includes the procurement of contractors for the construction of buildings and sub-contractor arrangements. St Modwen have stated that they procure suppliers using the principles of Best Value and via a competitive procurement process.
