1 – The number of children currently used by the council as juvenile Covert Human Intelligence Sources (CHIS)
2 – How many of those children are care-experienced (in the care system now or in the past)
3 – The age of each of the children
4 – The ethnic background of each of the children
5 – How long each child has been working as a CHIS at the council
6 – How much each child is paid/ how each child is compensated for working as a CHIS”
