Under the freedom of information act I would like to request a copy of the assessment of the report relating to enquiry reference W171068769. The road is still in an extremely dangerous condition and the potholes are unavoidable.
A final report has not yet been received from the Devon County Council highways contractor Skanska. However it is understood that following inspection of the location in January further investigation is required and Devon County Council are awaiting further information.
