Following on from the Ringmore Road collapse in Shaldon on the A379 request: Reconstruction of the Collapsed Road in Shaldon – Freedom of information
Could I have the cumulative costs incurred up to this date (14/9/2026) in relation to the road collapse, including but not limited to traffic management, inspections, monitoring, maintenance, staffing and design proposals. I would also like the predicted cost for the main repair on the retaining wall.
- Main rebuild costs are unconfirmed at this stage as the design has not yet been completed, however the current high-level estimate is, £230,000
- Traffic management cost to date: £10,583.04
- Engineering Design Group’s fees to date:
