1. I would like to know who the approved road contractors are for Devon, notably those who feature on the council’s DPS, if there is one, or a list of all contractors/companies used over the last year, since January 2026, to complete highways repairs.
Highways works carried out on the behalf of Devon County Council are carried out under a variety of Frameworks Contracts plus through our Term Maintenance Contract, MGroup Infrastructure.

If so, I would like a copy of such information.
There is no specific value per contract, as Devon County Council’s annual budget is awarded by the Government and then allocated under different budget headings.
