In response, searches were carried out for the period of 3rd August 2025 and 3rd August 2026. Searches were made using the search terms ‘Councillor’ ‘Cllr’ ‘Correspondence’ ‘Email’. Searches were made by each Councillor’s surname. These searches identified the following Councillors:
