Please could you provide the following details regarding management system:
1. The name of the software platform currently used supplied in the UK by companies such as Yunex, Swarco,
Devon County Council (DCC) does not hold this information.
2. The name of the supplier or vendor of this system.
DCC have the Yunex UTC system, Swarco RMS system, Telent RMS system (Optima Hub) and Imtrac FMS. All are hosted services.
3. The start date of the current contract for this system.
4. The expiry date of the current contract (or the next/break date, if applicable)
In response to questions 3 and 4, software support is in place and hosting is renewed annually.
5. The job title and/or team responsible for managing (e.g. Head of Service or equivalent).
