We use an in-house Transport Management System called TRAMS.

In-house (Devon County Council).

2. Cost and contract details

d. The date on which the current contract is due for renewal or re-procurement.

Devon County Council does not hold this information.  This is because the system is a bespoke in-house system, there aren’t any costs to the Local Authority for the system itself, or any contract/re-procurement requirements.

The current system supports several teams within the transport co-ordination service. Contact can be made by telephone on 0345 155 1015 asking for the service by name.

By way of assistance, we can advise that Devon County Council has recently completed a market engagement exercise for route optimisation which Flexiroute were part of. Further steps as part of this project will take place in the coming weeks.
