The HAF programme as been running for 8 years now. Approvals for contracts are based on proximity to higher numbers of BR FSM children and geographic spread across the county. We are able to assess where bookings have been higher and the types of activities/providers that prove popular. This is monitored on a year by year basis and adjusted as data shows a need. The process is currently being assessed to align with Devon County Council focuses in our sufficiency action plan and future changes will be based on the findings.
