For the avoidance of doubt, this request relates to the land outlined in orange and labelled ‘Zitherixon’ on the plan associated with 99/2080/01/9DCC (Bovey Basin ROMP).
Please provide:
1. Confirmation of which specific mineral planning permission Devon County Council currently considers to be extant and operative in respect of the land outlined in orange and labelled ‘Zitherixon’ on the 1999 ROMP plan.

2. Any records held by the Council evidencing lawful commencement of permission 5/7/2923/23/4, including evidence of compliance with any condition precedent attached to that permission.
