1) What is your annual target for completion of reviews of Adult Learning Disability packages?
The review target is a standard one across all people receiving funded packages from Devon County Council. It is currently 65%.
2) How many have you completed over the last three years (from April 2023)?
Devon County Council has done 3,222 reviews for adults with a learning disability between the beginning of April 2023 to the end of November 2025.
3) How do you prioritise these reviews? (For example are you reviewing them in order of cost / size or by date or locality.)
Date, urgency and specific targeted projects.
4) Do you have a dedicated review team?
Yes.
If so, do you have a specialist Learning Disability review team or are they generic workers working across client groups?
The review team has social workers and social care assessors reviewing individuals with disabilities.
