Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information in relation to the wind turbine collapse at Bradworthy, North Devon, in January 2013:

1. Copies of all reports, correspondence, or internal assessments held by Devon County Council concerning the failure of the Bradworthy wind turbine, specifically regarding the foundation and anchoring system.

We do not hold this information.

2. Details of any remedial works carried out on the Bradworthy turbine foundation before the turbine was replaced on the same anchor/base.

3. Confirmation of whether Devon County Council undertook, commissioned, or reviewed any structural safety checks on other wind turbines in Devon following the Bradworthy collapse.

4. Information on whether Devon County Council holds any data on the number of turbines in Devon identified by manufacturers (e.g., Endurance Wind Power) as having defective or substandard foundations or anchoring systems.
