Supported Living – Adult and Children’s provision

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information for the financial year April 2024- April 2025 if more recent data is available):

1. The total amount spent on Supported Living across Adult and Children’s provision. 

Adults:  £60,533,000

Children’s:  £11,690,529.41.

2. The number of Supported Living packages that are spot/ unregulated purchased. – All supported living packages in Adult social care are currently purchased using spot contracts.

We do not hold this information.

3. The current needs for Supported Living provision that are on a waiting list (including number of cases and type of needs, if recorded).

We have individuals with multiple needs waiting for packages however those requiring lower level support and a small number of individuals with extremely complex behavioural support needs who need to live alone may wait longer for an appropriate placement and affordable and appropriate accommodation

4. A list of off-contract providers currently used, along with the areas they support.

We do not use or have a list of “off contract” providers
