1. Which locations in Teignbridge have been included in the streetlight dimming or part-night lighting trial?
Public consultation:
2. What public consultation was conducted before implementing this policy?
3. Provide records of any surveys, meetings, or resident feedback received.
Public safety impact:
4. What risk assessments were carried out before implementing the dimming policy?
5. Provide any reports or data on how this change impacts crime rates, road safety, and public perception of safety.
Energy and cost savings:
6. What estimated savings (financial and CO₂ emissions) have been projected from this policy?

Please note for question 3, as well as what is stated in the report above, we have held site meetings with the Safety Auditor in Sidmouth and Holcombe Rogus on 15/12/23 and the Kerswell on 05/01/24 with a follow up site meeting to see in real time the dimming changes on 14/05/24.
