I would like to ask how many traffic-related (both parking and moving traffic) Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) have been overturned/refunded by your body each year for the last five. For 2024, I would appreciate data to the end of the year. I would like to ask how many of the informal appeals have been accepted, with PCNs cancelled and refunded as a result, rather than how many have been formally appealed.
