I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act relating to a road your authority is responsible for maintaining.
Specifically, my query relates to the road Marber Cross to Ford Cross, Kernborough TQ7 2LL.
Please can you send me:
A copy of the potholes/defects reported history for that road from 1 January 2024 to 12 September 2024.

This information is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Personal Data). The Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld
