I wish to see copies of the correspondence between Devon County Council (DCC) and the riparian land owners upstream from my property at Lymebridge, Hartland. N. Devon EX39 6EA. The correspondence should refer to their duty to keep the water courses on or adjacent to their properties clean and clear of existing and potential obstruction by natural or other materials.
