2) Please provide the exact date that the decision was made to progress the train station scheme and all emails relating to this.
The decision to approve construction of the scheme, subject to resolution of the Traffic Regulation Orders, was made at the 11 September 2024 Devon County Council Cabinet meeting. Minutes of this are available at Agenda item – Bus Service Improvement Plan: Tranche 3 – Democracy in Devon.
3) Why did residents not have the opportunity to view the minutes of the consultation? Please provide all emails relating to this.

However, comments made during the event are summarised in the Cabinet report, available here: Bus Service Improvement Plan Tranche 3 Cabinet Report.pdf (devon.gov.uk)
Additional responses to the consultation survey are detailed in the ‘PowerBI’ dashboard available here: Bus Services Improvement Plan (BSIP) in North Devon – Have Your Say.
4) Please provide all emails pertaining to the controversial nature of this scheme to residents on Sticklepath Terrace.
