Please provide a project directory which includes a list of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants & telephone numbers involved in the Scheme comprises details of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to the grant of outline planning permission for construction of a through-school for 59 nursery places, 630 primary pupils and 750 secondary students. This project also includes associated infrastructure works and access roads.
Devon County Council does not hold a list of subcontractors for this project. This is because the Department for Education are the client for this project. Devon County Council has not been involved in my aspects of the procurement.
We can advise that the access roads leading up to the boundary of the proposed school site were constructed by South West Highways Ltd (Rockbeare Quarry, Rockbeare, EX5 2HB, 01404 821500) on behalf of Devon County Council, this work was completed in 2021.
