Please will you provide collision data from the national collision database for the two following areas. Please provide this for the past 10 years period AND provide the data for all internal roads, including close to the boundary roads but not the boundary roads themselves. ie if the position indicates a collision as a car has turned onto the side road, but not if it is on the boundary road and would be considered to be passing traffic.
1. Area 1 – The area boundried by Polsoe Road, Pinhoe Road, Heavitree Road, East Wonford Hill, Honiton Road and Hill Barton Road.
2. Area 2 – The area boundried by Cowick Street, Cowick Lane, Alphington Road and the Railway tracks.
In response to questions 1 and 2, this information is exempt from disclosure under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Information Reasonably Accessible by Other Means). The requested information is already publicly available on the national collision database which is maintained by the Department for Transport (DfT).
