Can you please provide a copy of the report and any communication to any other council member/employee from the road safety officer regarding the Heavitree and Whipton Low Traffic Neighbourhood trial?
There is no specific report from the road safety officers. The Exeter HATOC and Impact Assessment are the relevant reports that supported the recommendation to suspend the trial. These are available at the following links:
