Can you please provide the protocol/ methodology/ operating procedure being used to analyse the consultation responses.
Can you please confirm that that protocol/ operating procedure/ methodology will allow DCC to report on the following questions to HATOC.
1. To determine the location of each individual respondent as to whether a) within the Trial area b) within Greater Exeter c) from beyond Greater Exeter
2. To determine with confidence the number of individual respondents (as opposed to the number of responses) who have submitted support/ objection responses for each filter/ bus gate from within a) the Trial area b) Greater Exeter c) beyond Greater Exeter
3. To determine with confidence where individuals have submitted multiple responses, how many they have submitted, the nature of their responses and their geographical location
4. To assess with confidence how responses vary across demographic groups and to assess how representative the consultation respondees are of the Trial area population demographic
This information will be available in the report in response to the consultation which is being published on Thursday 23rd May and will be available online at Highways – Exeter Streets. As this is only a few days away, there is no public interest in providing a separate response to this request. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
