Devon County Council believes that compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. We can confirm that this information is held, however , to provide it would require a manual review of 2,148 records at 5 minutes per record to extract the information. This equates to 179 hours of officer time and therefore Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is applied.
