Please identify and provide a list of all proposed developments which Devon County Council as Highway Authority requested, assessed and commented upon the supporting traffic impact assessment/statement which identified a potential traffic increase on the B3212 between Blackboy Road roundabout and the B3181 double roundabout at Pinhoe or might influence traffic flows on the B3212 & B3181 Pinhoe Road corridor, between 2015 and 2024.
In response to questions 1, 2 and 3, this information is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 12(4) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (Manifestly Unreasonable). To locate and extract this information would require a manual review of each individual planning application to identify information in scope.
The Council has considered the public interest in releasing this information and recognises there is a public interest in openness and transparency. However, there is a stronger public interest in not diverting staff resources from their core functions for the prolonged period of time it would take to answer this request.
