The draft of the bid for LUF funding, submitted in mid 2022, refers to initial consultation on the Gateway element being done by means of a miro board online session. It refers to the detail of this via an annex, can I have access to this annex please?
A miro board was used as part of a Gateway Workshop prior to the submission of the Levelling Up Fund bid for Destination Exmouth. The Annex detailing this can be found at the following link Bid for LUF Funding Annex.
Some information has been greyed out as it is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Personal Data).
The Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the UK General Data Protection Regulation. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld
Please note, miro is a web based interactive application that allows people to use sticky notes. At the end of the workshop, the Miro boards are saved and these are the outputs. It does look like half of the pages are missing, but that will be because sticky notes were added ‘outside’ of the board limits during the event.
