As part of the A382 road improvement works, specifically the widening and re-profiling at Exeter Road and Pipistrelle Road to accommodate the Linden Homes development at Church Walk, please provide the following information:
1) at the junction with Exeter Road and Pipistrelle Road, the water flow amount (in cubic feet per second) from the A382 discharge pipe into the stream on land owned by LiveWest Homes Limited/LiveWest Properties Limited (trading as LiveWest) PRIOR to any road improvement works were commenced
2) details and dates of assessments and physical inspections carried out downstream to ensure that the stream and existing infrastructure were sufficient to cope with the additional runoff from the A382 as detailed in 1).
The works to the A382 to accommodate the Linden Homes development were designed and undertaken by Linden Homes under a section 278 agreement.
