Compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. Due to the way the data was held prior to 1st September 2023, a manual check of approximately 3000 cases would be required. This would take 750 hours, as to find and collate the relevant information would take 15 minutes per case.
