With regard to the Heavitree LTN, and given the scheme has had a significant change regarding taxis ( so the six months has started again), please confirm whether a consultation submission made after the taxi change will be considered in addition to any submission made before the change (if made by the same individual), i.e. will both submissions be considered with equal weighting or will one be discounted and if so which one?
The website Heavitree & Whipton Active Streets Trial states that ‘all comments received, including representations received prior to the variation of experimental order 6090, will be fully considered’. This means that themes from all responses will be analysed, including those made by the same individual.
