1.What is happening with the road structure for the new Taylor Wimpey Apsham Grange development?
The highway authority have been working with the developer for some time on the engineering details of the works. In the last month we have agreed the technical details and consequently a draft highway agreement is being complied by the Council’s and the developers’ solicitors. Once this is complete the works will be able to go ahead, subject to the appropriate booking of road space to ensure no conflicts with other road works.
2. Will Clyst Road be blocked off between the two junctions entering Apsham Grange?
No, pedestrians and cyclists will still be able to use the section, but there will be bollards to prevent vehicular access.
