1. Please provide the schedule of inspections for the seawall adjacent to the highway at the Esplanade, Lynmouth.
All of our seawalls are inspected annually. Details of the dates of these can be found within the response to question 2.
2. Please provide the last five years of reports.
The Council do not hold information from 2018, but we are able to provide five inspection reports in this inspections document.
Devon County Council have made redactions to this document. The Council are not obliged to provide information that is the personal information of another person if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018. In this instance we believe that the release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore Regulation12(3) is applied.
3. What repairs have been made in the last five years?
A scoured section was repaired sometime after the June 2020 inspection, but please note this was not carried out by Devon County Council.
