I would like you to provide the entire log of defects listed for Westland Lane, Pennymoor (aka road from Stubborn Cross to Forke Copse) and all internal memos detailing the councils response to the defects reported. These to include officers comments on the future plans to repair this road, from 1st August 2020 until 7th August 2023.
