In response to the remaining two requests, we believe it would exceed the appropriate limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, which is £450 or 18 hours, to provide the information. This is because we would need to manually check each file to gather the information. At 15 minutes per file, and 134 files, this would take 33.5 hours.
