Devon County Council believes compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time.
There are 604 entries on the ICT Applications Portfolio. Some are built in house, but the majority are external systems/tools. Some of these were implemented many years ago.
To retrieve this information would require our IT services to ask various business service areas to provide information relating to each of these 604 entries and to review their relevance and costs. This will take in excess of £450 or 18 hours of officer time.
