We do no hold the information that you have requested in an accessible format in relation to car owners and their movements.

Devon County Council believes compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time.  To gather this information would require that each of the 12 team members are contacted and asked to respond to these questions.  To retrieve this information is estimated to take would take 120 mins per person or 24 hours and would exceed the appropriate cost limit.

In the interests of providing advice and assistance, we are able to confirm that the working base of most staff, including the Senior Leadership Team, is flexible/hybrid, with a base at County Hall but working in other offices across the County as required with occasional home working. How they travel is a matter for individuals and this will vary depending on the event and accessibility of public transport, for example.

There is no reserved parking for any staff members at County Hall.  Staff parking is in a staff car park.

Do they reside in Exeter?

We consider this information is exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act (Personal Data).

Devon County Council are not obliged to provide information that is the personal information of another person if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018.
