I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding Low Traffic Neighbourhoods or ‘LTNs’ in your authority, specifically those planned in the Heavitree and Whipton area of Exeter. A low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) is a residential area, bordered by main roads (roads that are often used by buses, lorries and non-local traffic), where ‘through’ motor vehicle traffic is discouraged or removed, while allowing access for pedestrians and cyclists.
I would be grateful if you could send me a copy of any Equality Impact Assessments which you have completed in relation to the proposed trial in Heavitree and Whipton which is due to be started in 2023.
